Don't sign up for this, it's a total scam and waste of money  Here is my experience:
On September 14, 2006, I paid $35 via Paypal to www.the-c-channel.com. I do have a copy of the receipt. For that fee, The C Channel was to provide me with 100+ backlinks to my website within 90 days. On December 26, 2006, I e-mailed admin@the-c-channel.com and advised I had not yet received any new backlinks to my website and I requested a refund. On December 27, 2006, I received an e-mail reply from Marnie O'Neill at The C Channel. She advised there had been some delays and offered an immediate full refund, or said that they would give me an additional 25 backlinks if I was willing to wait. I e-mailed her back the same day and said I would just like the refund. On December 28, 2006, I e-mailed again as I hadn't received a response or a refund. I e-mailed again on January 9, 2007. On January 10, 2007, Marnie responsed and apologized and asked me to send the transaction ID and she would refund me immediately. I responsed that same day with my Paypal transaction ID. I e-mailed again on February 14, 2007, February 22, 2007, and February 24, 2007. I have not yet received another response. I do have copies of all the e-mails.

I would suggest finding somewhere else to spend your advertising dollars, www.the-c-channel.com is just not worth it
