I think it is great you are looking to exchange links.
However I find a few things alarming: 1. You are limiting your links to be only those with PR of 3 or higher (for obvious SEO reasons). 2. Your directories themselves do not have a PR so any link in them doesn't really add to the backlink weight. Maybe I am looking at this in the wrong way, and if I am please correct me. On a side note your design for hostbreak is very well done (clean, simple, and professional).
