What should I do if someone steal my design ?

Hi

I have designed a template in 31 oct 2007 here is details :

They liked it, but they didnt get permission from me to use this template !
But now i see that a website used this template for itself :
http://www.mbjt.ir

What should i do now ? is there anything that i can do or not ?

yes, i would get a lawyer onto them asap, this is plain theft

when you put up the image, it was automatically tagged with the following creative commons license:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/

they are using it for a commercial enterprise without your authorisation.

go get them

i know the problem is the creative commons license dont have authority in my country !

Do a whois search and send an email to their webhosting provider, tell them what you told us.
