License for a web developer

I'm a freelance web developer, and I need a license for my work. I want to be able to still have rights to all the content: HTML, images, PHP, etc. Most of my clients are small, local businesses. (If that helps) Any licenses I can use?

I don't know how far the CC licences reach, but you could look into it..(click here)

Just write it into your contract that all assets / images etc remain to property of "x company" and you reserve the right to re-use them in other work.

that's what I do too, but maybe CC had something pre-baked already..
