You will be responsible for the company corporate Web Architecture, including (but not limited to):
- Defining and maintaining the web architecture blueprint
- 'Selling' the blueprint to the business
- Defining the appropriate technologies, standards and methodologies
- Ensuring that solutions take both best practices and the web architecture
blueprint into account.
- Working closely with Product groups and the*Business
You will need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong IT Architecture experience with focus on Web Application Architecture
- Experience working as a lead architect designing web applications in large enterprise projects
- Development experience in two or more of the following domains: CRM, Billing, Web Portals, J2EE
- Experience in web communication protocols i.e. HTTP, RMI/IIOP, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI etc.
- Experience of RUP methodology and UML
- Knowledge of eTOM, NGOSS architecture would be a plus
