Need a website Guru for startup business site

Need a database heavy website built that potentially will have thousands of simultaneous users. If all I needed was a simple shopping cart template I would do it myself. I need someone who is ambitious. The site will extensively use text fields much like the one im typing this message in. If we find the right person we may offer an ownership interest.
