I need a Internet Marketing Team

I have recently started an internet marketing business - with some success with my own sites.

I have a large network in London, UK, and have been approached by several clients/associates who want to get a web presence and have someone do their on line marketing for them.

I'm looking for people who want to join my team.

My strengths are in the front end - sales, creative ideas and etc
blogging, links, viral marketing, traffic via alternative options, interpreting stats, more sales, more networking, educating about im and explaining the new science that is IM! (i.e. not sitting at the screen)

I need to put together a team of people who can do the following

Designer:
Someone who can create a basic/intermediate website and be willing to give me the template so I can make content changes and test it

Developer:
Someone who can make that site "work" and would be willing to make changes and do repeat testing

SEO specialist including PPC
Someone who knows exactly how many meta tags are needed, where its best to put what on which part of the site, all the secrets of SEO, and the latest tricks that Google have been up to to keep us on our toes!

The ideas that my clients are coming up with are interesting (music industry, image consultants, personal development, energy psychology and medicine, small business ideas, e-books etc)

I'd like people who are reliable, intelligent, flexible, friendly, professional, prepared to go the extra mile
