Website required

Hi, everyone.

I'm Russell Elmes and I am looking for advice on starting a website. I have no previous website design or hosting experience. I am looking to set up a simple member referral operation. This needs to be a site that I can update with useful information whilst directing people to advertising banners.

Any advice or offers would be gratefully accepted.

Look into content management systems (CMS), thats the easiest way for a beginner to do what you want

Thanks for the advice. I cheecked out CMS but it's still all a bit of a mystery to me. I'm an out and out beginner. What I need is someone to design a site to my specification, help me register an address and host it. I'm sure some of the big guns out there could charge me a fortune but I would prefer to deal with an independant individual.

My main requirement is that I need to be able to update text and pictures without all the computer jargon. Is there anyone out there that can assist?
