Online shopping cart required

HI.

Im designing a site for a clothing range that we own in the USA.
I know how to design a site and have made about 10 sites so far, but ive never worked with shopping carts and do not want to risk messing it up. I would need this for end of march.
I have about 10 different products and just need a 10 item cart i imagine?.
So its not a huge shopping thing i need. Id like it to accept credit cards and paypal.
PM me here if you are able to do this and maybe a rough quote.
