I need a web designer

Hi guys,
My name is Steve and I'm the co-owner of Sportsfigs.net. We specialize in McFarlane sports figures and are strictly an online company. We're in need of a web designer to over-haul our site, www.sportsfigs.net. The one we have now serves it's purpose but is no where what it needs to be.
The site was built using PHP and has a Paypal shopping cart. If possible I'd like to try and retain some of the pages and the cart. If not, then that's okay to.
The person that accepts the job will be paid but we're not looking to spend an arm and a leg either though. So as of right now we're accepting bids to complete this project.

Okay guys, I'm updating this post. I've received quite a few emails asking me to be a little more specific as to what we're looking for. So here goes...

We've been getting quite a bit of traffic lately so we're looking to basically have the site updated/overhauled. This is the original design we opened with and while it serves it's purpose it's not quite enough anymore. Here are a few of the requirements for this project...

-viewable on all major browsers
-If you need 4 figures to do this project, sorry but you're out
-currently built with PHP, if this has to change then no problem
-Paypal is our cart, we'd like to keep it. However if you can suggest another one that's more
compatible and that's free we'd be open to it
-retain as many pages as possible
-no longer than 3-4 weeks to be up and running
-We currently have OS Commerce to do maintainence, monitor sales, orders, etc. We'd really like to keep this if possible.
-if the email client needs to change, we'll need all current emails transferred

Also, whoever we offer this project to, we are willing to give you 25-50% up front. The rest will be paid once everything is finalized and all aspects of the site are operational. We're having major issues with that right now so this is a BIG point for us.
