advertising directory automation for existing pr4 site

I have been managing the advertising directory on my site manually, but the time has come to automate the process. I now have over 200 advertisers and it's killing me to add the listings and then send out for payments

I am after a one off job for automating the process as follows:

Advertiser registration and log in details
Advertiser selects from options for ad category
Inputs text and / or uploads banner
Taken to payment screen
Upon payment ad goes live

1 year later reminders sent for renewal, 1 month prior, then weekly until renews. If no renewal, ad archived

Advertiser log in allows them to check number of visitors and made alterations to their ad at any time.

Existing directory to remain looking exactly the same but dynamic
