Hi
I'm looking for a designer with a fresh, none-corporate approach to web-design, who might be interested in putting together a revamped site for my music activities (I'm a composer/producer).
I have a budget, which is not huge but I hope would make the project worthwhile, and can provide a certain amount of content - photos, music, all text, some graphics ideas etc. I would like the designer to take responsibility for the complete 'look' of the site, which might extend to a logo, textures, images, icon design, possibly even some basic animation.
Most important is that the site be current, striking, creatively interesting, with some artistry as opposed to stock corporate imagery. I'd also like the designer to be up-to-speed on current web technologies, and able to hand-code a site rather than design from a
GUI. Ideally I would also like it to be capable of being easily optimized for search engines, which probably means using
CSS layouts.
If you think you might be interested and capable, please could you email me with links to a portfolio, or to sites you have been involved with.
My current site is at
http://www.trailermen.com but I feel this is a little dated now, and also need to reorientate the site towards newer music activities.
Many thanks for reading
