[SOLVED] small homepage flash design needed

Someone has asked me to make a website with “a flashing home page website, just the home page” and I am looking for some one to make the flash design for the homepage (no links needed)

they say they are a newly established direct advertising company, located in chicago USA, launching a new direct ad concept already known in Australia, which is using the passout stamp in night club to expose our clients logo by displaying their logo on patrons hands ,also known as handvertising or skinvertising…
