The ultimate site. For every single person

I am looking for some php, css, mysql, Ajax, JavaScript. Every language you name it. Of course not every language per person (lol) I mean even if it is 1 language per person or multiple people of the same language. Basically I am looking for any and everyone that would be up for creating a site. The site is currently www.metallicwarfare.com and we currently have a few designers. The problem is with only 2-3 we cannot get this done within a month or two. That is well our goal. It is pretty simple for example an alliance page. That must include features for users under what I say. I will have the details for who ever is willing to help. The requirements for this job are as follows.

1) You must be active enough to make progress fast hence you must have some knowledge of the language in which you specialise in.
2) You must have good charisma in order to work well with the other coders.
3) We would like for you to have msn, but messaging through web forums is acceptable.

Now let us talk about my side of the deal.
As far as pay goes you must express to me some kind of your knowledge for example I will ask if you can do things and you will tell me HONESTLY if you can. If you cannot then we will figure something out. Payment will be on a separate basis. Its pretty much if we don’t get of the ground our site will be run down. Simple you get a % of what we make. And yes we will make enough to pay the debts to you off. Due to our site being a online game run by the company of ours. The features in which we will be requiring for you have worked into other features of astonishing results. Therefore yes we will be unique, but based on research we have found that some sites with 10,000 players buying a subscription each month in which out coders will sort out are making over $72,000 a month. So it all comes down to how well can you code? Payments and % will be made the first month of launch. If this all goes well and you all stick to the agreements we will make a nice donation to web forums.
