Great opportunity for a Digital Studio Manager, Operations Manager or someone with a background of delivering digital projects to work alongside the Directors in establishing a new company to be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.* We are looking for someone with experience of digital marketing who can deliver a range of ongoing projects for international clients, build a team and define online strategy for big brands. Regular travel to clients in London is likely.

Our clients deliver digital projects for an impressive list of brands. Due to recent investment in the company, a raft of new client wins and organic growth from existing client accounts, we are looking for someone who can be instrumental in taking the business to the next stage in it's development. We need someone who can take responsibility for defining the structures and processes required to establish a new design and production studio in Glasgow,* the first task being the recruitment of a specialist team of digital developers, designers, project and acccount managers to fulfil the ongoing and imminent project work.

We need ysomeone with experience of managing digital projects, both with an inhouse team and through third party suppliers, contractors, freelancers, etc. You will be expected to assist in defining digital marketing strategy on behalf of clients in a wide variety of sectors, so an agency background is pretty much essential ( unless you can demonstrate otherwise). If you have been an account or project manager, or an operations manager or studio manager in a digital agency, we would be particularly interested in you.

This a great opportunity to be involved in the growth of a company with an already impressive client list at an early stage, and be key to it's success. Whilst some travel to London will be involved, the role will be based predominantly in Glasgow or Edinburgh, however you should be prepared to travel.
