We need an extremely experienced Senior Web Designer with several years digital experience leading web projects, to join an exception design studio in Glasgow. The company are a fast growing creative agency with offices in Glasgow and London, and an enviable client list.

We're looking for someone to live and breathe web and be one of the best online designers in the UK. Obviously you'll be comfortable working alongside an award winning team of designers and developers, and you'll be expected to get in front of clients and show them your stuff.. We don't expect you to spend your time fiddling with PHP frameworks or marking up your designs in CSS & HTML, just an understanding of emerging design trends and what is possible online... and a vast portfolio of quality online work!

You need to be able to think strategically, by planning and designing work that communicates clients' objectives and delivers the required functionality, from e-commerce implementations and email marketing to integratation of social networking elements. Not only will you have to transfer a brief to reality, you'll probably have to work with the client and the rest of the team to define the brief, take ownership and ultimately lead the project. We need you to know what web2.0 is, what it means for clients and how it can be implemented to their advantage.
