Looking for someone to make me a website

ok first of all im new to web design i have tried to create a website with dreamweaver CS3 umm that didnt go to well. LOL but basically im looking for a simple site i actually have an example of what im looking for. Here it is: www.easyflatbedshipping.com its for my business im trying to start up.

I need it to have a form just like the one on the website i posted so that when they fill out the form it sends a direct email to me with specific information about what the customer needs.

contact me threw PM's give me a price quote etc. I was thinking about one flat rate price+hourly on updates but this can be arrange to fit around your style of doing this.
