Middleweight Designer needed

Yes, I'm a recruiter but don't hold that against me.

Looking for a conceptual designer for a Hampshire based agency.
Must have good understanding of HTML, CSS, Site architecture and SEO etc. but defintely need a Designer not a Developer.
Usability, Brand direction, Flash and Dreamweaver skills all essential.
£20-30K
