Needing A Site Quick

Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right area so sorry if I'm not.

I'm currently looking for someone to design my site for me, a basic 10page site that I can update myself (Just changing images and text but keeping the layout the same)
I only have a budget of £250 inc hosting and domain name, does anyone have any ideas?? or anyone that would be willing to design it for me??
