Help needed for a new business (coding mainly) fee or free, please take a look!!

Hi,

Thanks for having me at the forums, im new as you can see.

We are a new business just starting up and are in need of a website as our hosting has just been accepted and the grant for our business loan has been agreed.

Im new to the coding side of things with websites, i have learned to use photoshop for nearly 3 years now and do consider myself quite good at using photoshop for graphic needs. I have tried to create the website via the slicing option in photoshop.. I managed to slice everything up and realised what others realise, photoshop isnt really for creating code for a web application and the slices seem to move around a lot when changing certain slices to contain text.

I have the complete psd template created for the front page of the website, I have also created a page for one of the 5 services we offer. (I do need to create some other interfaces for the site also, unless someone would help with ideas)

What we need:

We would need someone who is acceptional at coding who has maybe created websites for businesses in the past. We would be willing to arrange a fee unless the web designer just wanted to help us and in exchange he or she could advertise their services on our site for free.

Our business is based only on computers (this isnt an advertisment im just stating what it offers so that the coder can get an idea of whats in need) it offers services to fix computers both remotely and on customer premises.

We also offer a range of services from building computers, diagnostic support, upgrades on systems and we offer a full pc health check. We also know that alot of business contracts we will hopefully be getting will invovle working for web service clients thus this could be an opportunity for you as a coder to maybe get noticed a bit more, not that im knocking you in anyway.


We would need you to code the site as soon as possible, the site would need to be coded so that it would be easy enough to maintain.

Also, if its possible (im asking a lot I know) we would possible require the coder to install a script for users to login to their accounts, we would need the script to be ssl or encrypted etc. We can create up to 2 msql databases on the current hosting package. We would also need the coder to help us with installing or helping us choose a package that would offer a ticket system for end-users and a paypal/credit card option which they would use to pay for the remote service beforehand.. I havent a clue how to set this up lol, as i am a total newbie at web services .

Last but not least, a code that can let users build a computer system using an array of specified computer parts.. (such as eclipsecomputers) this would then take the customer to a ecommerse like screen with the computer parts / upgrade parts in view that were neccesery to build/upgrade their system(s) and addoing a total cost to build/upgrade at the bottom of the reciept. This isnt deffinatly needed at the moment if you understand how to implement this feature please let me know..

So in short:

• Coding (Website, about 5/6 pages in total of which 4 would near enough be the same to code)
• Intergrating a login system for customers to use and can register to when needed.
• From the login system, users can view tickets if they paid for a service using the paypal system (subscription option or paypal normal) also we could use this code to check for end-users that havent paid or have problems etc.
• A paypal and/or credit system to accept orders
• Computer building/upgrading system

The fee would be payable (if a fee is agreed) once the project is completed or half and half.
