Seeking Design Partner

We're a London based PR agency looking to launch a unique and (hopefully) highly profitable online business early this year. We're looking for a web designer who can handle data-bases as well as having a good eye for creating slick and professional sites. The project itself is something that hasn't been done anywhere else in the world so we're looking for someone with a good business mind as well. Tall order? We're looking for an agency or designer that will go into partnership with us. If we can find the right person / company we would work out a percentage split. The site will need a database and a few commercial elements but really the database will be the main factor.
