HTML and I am new.

I would like to help any new user, with their site in any way.

If you need any help with HTML4 or CSS2, I would be more then glad.

I would be willing to build a site for you,

If you have any mock up design of your site in Fireworks/Photoshop, but dont know how to build it. I would be more then happy to code it for you.
