I need php coders!!

I am looking for experienced php coders to help create different types of systems, mostly small cms type systems to run websites. You will be helping update and expand an advertising network, which is mostly adult oriented at the moment, so you will need to be ok working with adult material, although we soon plan to expand into e commerce and computer gaming networks. We need people who are over 18 only please.

We need very talented people who are willing to take a % of our advertising networks revenue, instead of an upfront payment. So the idea here is you will be working for free for the first 2 or or 3 months (casual part time), but once the intitial work is done your giong to be earning a on giong commission for the lifetime of the network.
