Flash Games Developer required to join an award winning agency, designing and executing viral games for big brand clients. We need someone with an impressive background of Flash games development, particularly in advanced Actionscript, game physics and integration with XML data sources and database integration.

As part of the role, the Flash Developer will also work on other highly interactive projects, designing unique interfaces and working with Flash video to create entertaining brand websites.

Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic single and multi-player Flash based games from conception through to development, QA, and release.
- Push the limitations of MM Flash Player to run advanced, complex games.

- Create highly interactive interfaces for brand websites and installations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of Flash Game Development with a demonstrable portfolio. Experience with multi-user games is a plus.
- Advanced object oriented ActionScript 2.0 programmer who is already experimenting with Actionscript 3 and understands relevant design patterns.
- Diploma/Degree in software development or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced and friendly team environment with minimal supervision.
