I run my own small web design company, and altough it's not my main job I do get quite a lot of work, some of which is reasonably well paid.
I started out as a graphic designer and just stumbled across web design by accident. I consider myself a confident
XHTML/
CSS designer, but I have no programming or database knowledge whatsoever.
A few of my latest sites require simple dynamic content like log-ins, however even something this simple is beyond me, and to be honest I've never had an interest in learning.
So, I was wandering if anybody out there of perhaps intermediate (or even beginner) level would like the opportunity to work on some websites, purely doing the back end/dynamic parts. The work would be paid, and would be a good opportunity to practice and get your skills on live websites.
Here is a quick example of what I'm looking for - I designed this website for my old company:
www.theweddinglistcompany.com
Once designed, I then passsed it on to the coder there to do all the dynamic parts. This is what I would want you to do for me, although not on this scale.
Which language you use is entirely up to you, I guess it would either be
PHP or
ASP for the dynamic pages, and MySQL for any databases.
Bearing in mind I do not charge a fortune for my websites so the pay would be modest, please get in touch if you are interested.
