You will be required to help with designing and implementing large scale Windows/Exchange 2003 / Active Directory migrations / installations from evaluating / testing stages right through to implementation and post implementation support.

The primary focus of this role is in the design and delivery of Microsoft Exchange 2003 solutions, and as such the successful candidates will have proven experience engaging in these types of projects.

• Proven skills in Exchange 2003 Installations from multiple enterprise scale deployments.
• A proven track record of finding and solving Exchange 2003, Active Directory performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Configuring, troubleshooting and analysing performance of: Routing groups, Public folders, System policies, Storage groups, Calendar search history, Server permissions, User permissions, ESE buffers, Exchange performance counters, Site replication Integrations with Active Directory
• Experience delivering migrations from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003 solutions a bonus.

Experience with at least two or more Microsoft technologies a bonus:

• Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory
• Sharepoint Portal Server 2003
• MIIS 2003
• MOM 2005
• SMS 2003

ISA 2004 - MCP/MCSE certification (or equivalent) on current product set (i.e. Exchange Server 2003).
