Our client, a Multimedia Software Testing organisation based in Glasgow, has exiting opportunities within their Technical Support Department.
You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting for clients with Technical queries, while striving to exceed service levels.
Essential Skills Required Include:
- Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English
- Call centre help desk experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of all versions of Windows
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, focussing on networking solutions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The flexibility to work shift patterns
Desired Skills Include:
- Knowledge of non Microsoft based PC operating systems such as MacOS, Linux and Unix
- Knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11, LAN, WAN, ADSL, ISDN, routers, firewalls, and modems
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Degree in a technology related subject
