- Work with the technical architect to design complex ASP.NET web applications
- Analyse business requirements and write functional specifications
- Create wireframe mockups to illustrate web application design to clients
- Design normalised database schemas to support business requirements
- Design new classes and use existing .NET class libraries to develop*OO code
- Unit test and integrate application modules to ensure quality standards are met
- Liaise with graphic designers and business analysts where required
- Maintain existing ASP.NET systems and extend functionality when necessary
- Configure web server and database platforms
- Maintain our core software products, manage version control and rollout
- Provide application support to clients when necessary
- Induct and mentor*new team members*when necessary
- Keep the technical architect and business managers fully briefed as required
