My professional client who is 1 of Manchester?s largest media companies are currently expanding their search division & they are recruiting for Senior/Search Executives, & Search Managers. They have over 200 staff in the UK alone*& are looking to expand their search division rapidly over the next 12 months.

They are looking to for Search Executives ideally with 6 months + experience within Marketing, preferably Online, SEO, PPC, Email Campaigns or Affiliate, with fantastic Analytical skills, along with outstanding communication & organisational skills. Training can be provided, though the more the experience the better. These candidates will be on a Graduate Scheme with guaranteed progression after completion. This is an ideally role for someone with a great analytical background/degree who wants to succeed within the rapidly expanding sector of eMarketing.

Senior Search Executives need to have ideally 2+ years experience within an Online Marketing, Digital, Media or Design agency with a commercial & professional understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, Pay per Click, Email & Affiliate Marketing. Management or supervision of staff is a bonus. Though you must have a great analytical ability (preferably a "degree" or to same level), have understanding of the SEO & PPC technologies & understanding the SEO & PPC processes. With this role, the more experience the better as progression is not limited for candidates who shine out as the best within their field.

As a Search Manager, you need to have 3+ years experience with an SEO or PPC role & within an agency; some client side would be ok. You?ll need to have managed 2+ staff and have a fantastic ability to guide, lead and develop. They will be the main point of contract for clients and managing the projects while over seeing the juniors. Extensive understanding of the SEO/PPC Market and technologies is a must with a great ability to lead these projects. You will ideally have a passion for Maths and Numbers and this is an area that you would number one at.
