Head of Search - Client Side (Technical) £50k+bens based UK Buckinghamshire
Hello,
We're representing an automotive online retailer who is currently seeking a technical search engine optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and affiliate marketing expert to become their Head of Search to generate online leads and maximise online sales.
For this role you will have proven experience in enhancing a website’s natural and paid Search listing, keeping them optimised as trends change.
You will be responsible for defining & implementing the SEO / PPC and affiliate strategy across 3 core websites (and campaign micro sites as and when required) ensuring Search is an integral part of the company’s online marketing plan. You will work closely with the IT team on web design and development issues, execute PPC and affiliate campaigns either directly or through agency partners and track the results to assess CPA.
As a member of the operational management team the Head of Search will sit on the executive committee and promote Search as key to meeting the wider commercial goals of the company.
You will come from a leading SEO company or from an online retailer who have an excellent SEO program in place.
You will need to be able to demonstrate having personally developed and implemented successful SEO strategies, managed PPC and affiliate campaigns and show a definite talent in this field. You will be technically competent and able to manage internal and external resource. You will be commercially aware and driven to keep ahead of the competition.
