JavaScript editor

My company is in need of a JavaScript WYSIWYG editor. Yes I can download one from the internet, but I need Drag and Drop ability included, which the ones online don't have.
This will be for a printing website. The customer will come to the editor page via a "backgrounds" page. The background page will have background images. Once they select an image it will do a "GET" form method and place the image location into the url. The image/canvas will need to be a specific size since this will be to design business cards and brochures. (I can change the size later, but will initially need to be 2 x 3.5 inches).
This image needs to load on the screen as the canvas. It will probably use PHP to call it. Once the image loads the customer will be able to add "text boxes" that must have a clear background, and will be able to upload images. They will access these two items via a toolbar.
Via the toolbar the customer must be able to add multiple text boxes, upload images, delete anything created, change the font face, font size, bold, italic, and font color. They will need to be able to justify the text within the box, add a special character, or have it bulleted/numbered.
All of this and the images, text boxes need to have drag ability. They also can not be moved outside of the canvas/background image area.
I have already started working on the script and will give you the URL if you are the winner for seeing what I have done so far. By no means do you have to use my script, however, it gives a good idea of what I am looking for.
Comparison website editors are: www.vistaprint.com and overnightprints.com. You have to choose a product from both of these sites and choose either customize design (vistaprint) or new editor (overnightprints).
I have a program that will capture the screen within coordinates and convert it into a pdf file for me. All I need is the script written for what I have mentioned above. I will format the page for my website.
The script must be at least Netscape and IE compatible.

Re: JavaScript editor

Moved to javascript forum. As you will probably get a better response there.
