help needed
Hello,
How do I code a button which launches an IE window similar to javascript:window.open("http://some-host.com")? Essentially I will have a text box containing the URL and a button which will hopefuly open the IE window to the location specified in the text box.

Use the button's 'onclick' event. I've obviously no idea how or why you intend to do this but you should consider that opening other browser windows is considered bad form these days from an accessibility view point.
