Newbie wanting to create horizontal menus
I am trying to make a horizontal menu similar to the one on the left side of newegg.com, where by scrolling over a menu, a sub-menu pops up. Anybody have any favorites programs to do something similar?
I am currently using nvu and dreamweaver and can't seem to figure out a good way to do it... Thanks in advance!!
