using JavaScript to open/access another sites

Hi,
Please anyone could help me to solve this problem.
The page should appears in a re-sizeable daughter window when user attempts to access an another(eg.gmail) Landing pages. my website login ID and Password is required to access that site.Like meebo site provide to access web messanger.
