Re: noob at javascript!

I own the JavaScript Bible, which has proven invaluable to me. It comes with a CD that has a PDF version of the book on it. Searching through data is so much better than flipping through pages

Re: noob at javascript!

The syntax is an if and else language. That's about as far as I'm willing to go when then JavaScript Bible is a 1000 page book and I only understand about 50% of JS This isn't something you can learn overnight; you need to have an interest and a few ideas you want to see come to life if you want to actually code JavaScript.

Re: noob at javascript!

Best way to learn besides a good thick book is W3C. They have examples you can play with and a complete reference. JS can be overwhelming at first.

W3C JavaScript

Good Luck,
Scott
