help please

I'm new at javascript and I'm having some problems. I am trying to have a scrolling title bar message and also a clock. The clock works if i put the scroll code in the beginning but then the scroll code doesn't work. if i move the scroll code to the end then the clock won't work.... so confused.
can someone please take a look and help me.....
