Good JavaScript editor?

Does anybody know a good JavaScript editor?
I've tried three: "jsEditor", "Yaldex JSFactory" and "Javascript plus".
But I don't know which is better.
Does anybody have any idea? May be more editors?

Re: Good JavaScript editor?

I use and love PSPad http://www.pspad.com/

It color codes everything I have encountered so far, javascript, php, html. Can even set it up to color code other file types as if they were .html etc. Its free and quite powerful in my opinion.

Re: Good JavaScript editor?

I agree. PSPad is very good. But I think that “Yaldex JSFactory” is more useful for JavaScript developers.

Anyone using "plain code" needs to put their tail between their legs and leave the industry unless you get serious about using a RAD editor.

Your breed for Lord only knows what reason, thinks there is some sort of advantage to a notepad file?

I could outcode you any day or hour in a RAD editor.

Go see if Modem Media will hire you. They would like you. You can find them under Digitas too. I did 3 weeks there in agony!

Get this HomeSite 5! A frickin what 6 year old editor?

Yeah sure, I "HAND CODED" on that stint, every day. So who gives a flip? It was damn slow too. Frickin miserable little editor. hehe.

Sorry, take it with a grain of salt, Your Kind started it! Now go Hand Code -

Hey my friend, you asked about swift and smart editors.

I really liked this one. It has VERY FAST intellisense, AND to make it REALLY Rock-n-Roll, this baby remembers the ones you +ADD -AND- the ones that you use MOST! Woot! Love it.
Damn thing throws an error on my XP though and I can't purchase it now cause it won't load. So anyway, I am hopin the tech-team gets back to me on a fix for that. Here is the link.
