help with drop menu

does anyone have free time? i've given up on editing this pre-made menu i have. i really don't get it. i've been at this for almost three days.

does anyone have time to teach me? or time to make one? i would REALLY REALLY appreciate this. because it's absolutely necessary that i get this done. thank you so much.

I too have a menu coming up (In Opera) but because there is a gap between the main menu and the drop downs, you can't move your mouse down to the drop downs without them disappearing when your mouse enters the gap!
