I'm new here. My partner and I are building a website for our art portfolios, so I thought i'd join here and see if you could offer crit/or help us with some issues we're having!! Also here to pick up some general tips/secrets, so in the future we can build a bigger and better site.

The one thing that hit me was the picture in the background. I felt it positively moving. It's absolutely fantastic - took me to a fantasy scape. And the quality of the work lived up to it - highly proficient 3D work, which is a skill I don't posess. I'd personally regard you both more as craftspeople than artists, but you are both highly skilled in your particular discipline. And that comment could easily make this thread turn into another eBook.

It's a shame you don't offer animation services as i require some people to bring some 3d characters to life.

As a whole, your site is sound. It's very fitting, it's simple and clear. It's mystical and I haven't been moved by a still image like that for a long time. I usually find your line of work somewhat tacky, but not in this case.

However, I still feel it could be brilliant, by using that image as the basis for a larger (in every way) site. Good luck. I'll happily help you if you like, for cash, that's what i do.

You're also a very sweet couple, if that's you in the wedding photo. And your reasons for what you do are no less than brilliant. I too, wish to regain my desire to draw intricately like i once did, but the necessity of money, and the wealth of other interests i posess has taken me off tangent:

Thank you for your kind words regarding our site and artwork. To answer your question no thats not us in the wedding Photo. Its a comission peice Anna had to do for a wedding photographer called Toria Tyler.

I looked over your website and your sketches are 'damn' good IMHO. i REALLY liked the one with the bear in it. You can draw better than me!! hehe.

Today we're going to try and redesign the gallery so its not one big long scroll page...
