Hello everyone- Just introducing myself

Hi, I am a newbie to the site.
I decided to register because I am trying to set up a website to sell stuff to nurses (I am a nurse so hopefully know what we want).
I have registered my domain name and have it hosted, but I'm having problems building the actual site.
I use Hsphere through the hosting company, and initially started building a site using Site Studio, however I cannot work out how to put paypal or google checkout onto it. I used the Add-a-cart wizard, and created an eCommerce account, but can't get this to work properly either.
I then signed up for zen cart. I have read the 'getting started' chapters from the zen cart manual, but got very confused with mySQL etc.
I thought I was reasonably computer literate, but all this is a whole new ballgame.
I am just about to start the html tutorial posted by aerosieg (thanks aerosieg). Hopefully this will help.
I look forward to using this site, learning as I'm going, and will post questions whenever I get really stuck.

Welcome, chatterbox! If your confused about the MySQL for Zen Cart, ask away at the MySQL Forum. (Or possibly the PHP forum, since Zen Cart is programmed with PHP)

Welcome to the site I have a friend who runs Goodies for Nurses here in the UK. I run a site for student midwives.
