Question Hello and Help

My name is Jeremy, I have been working trying to build my own site to promote a business I am trying to start. I had started by using Publisher. Seems easy enough but I am just not sure how to continue. Has anyone used publisher as a means of creating websites with pictures etc, with a commercial outcome?

Re: Hello and Help

To get your site on the web you need to get some hosting and a domain name.

But as sypher said, ditch Publisher. Use Frontpage is you must but if you can try and get a copy of dreamweaver.

Re: Hello and Help

Hi,

Welcome to the most friendly web forum you'll find

Hope you have fun, and enjoy yourself here.

I would definitly recommend learning HTML from the ground up.

Two books I would highly recommend:-

and
http://shop.webforumz.com/books-1025...with_CSS_XHTML

If we can help, just ask.
