Hey everyone.
Well, I guess I'll go all out, or almost, on my intoduction.
My name is Austin, 21, and I'm currently working towards a BS in Computer Science. I love snowboarding, soccer, and also like messing with graphics, video games, and sometimes I acutally like school! (No, I'm not a nerd  )Graphics have been something I've messed with off and on for a while but I'm beginning to want to get a little more serious about it. So, I figured I would find a site that seems to have people who know what they are talking about and hopefully I can gain some experience! Since I really have nothing to build a site about, I figured I could try to build a website about myself but I dont really have an idea on how to design it (what to put on it). The first thing that comes to my mind is some sort of blog site or something. Anyone have any links to sites that I'm talking about so maybe I can get a fairly good idea of what type of links/pages to create and all that good stuff? Thanks for your time! - Austin

Welcome to the foumz
We have plenety of resources for beginners and if you get a little stuck then just post in the appropriate forum and someone will be happy to help out. Blogs are good, and there are plenty out there that you can use: wordpress, blogger, typepad, etc Enjoy your stay.
