Hi Everyone
Im Hester, a Newby & need urgent advise.
Not sure if Im posting in the right place but here goes. Our website is designed & maintained via template. Trafic is there BUT most of our enquiries does not reach our email inbox. This is according to our extensive statcounter, showing that out clicks were made to one of our enquiry forms. Q: Where do I start looking for the problem.Since we have tested all the links of "Enquire Now" to our email address. I cannot start 2008 with this problem, pleeeeeeeeeese help

Your contact page takes about 12 seconds to load, way too long, and I am on a 1GBPS connection....
This is probably why no-one is hanging around to contact you. I wouldn't wait that long. See the attached for timings screen shot.
