need advice on advertising directory software

Hi, I'm new to this site.

I was recently in a partnership with an advertising directory website, but we have gone our own ways, and now I am looking for a way to automate the advertising directory.

I know basic html but anything much beyond that is out of my range at the moment.

Anyone got any good cheap solutions?

I have found lots of scripts but really don't know whether they meet my needs.

Do you know of anyone perhaps on this site who I could pay to do it?
