Welcome to the Forumz, Josie. Obviously, no one warned you about Rob. We normally keep him hidden and Just bring him out when we need someone official. Now that you have taken on that responsibility, there are a few rules you need to know.

1. Rob thinks as founder his is the great leader...not true...Actually, it is Karinne, Linda and myself who rule the roost....Karinne is lead and Linda and I support....(you can join us if you like)
2. Karinne, Linda and I do not make mistakes....that's your mister and Jacob.
3. Karinne, Linda and I will let Rob think he is leader, but only if it is ok with you.

These should be good basics and If I think of any others...I will let you know. lol

Well its like this, Im genuinely interested so I have a look at what hes working on, try to say all the right things... 'you are so clever, master' etc and then if he goes on and on I nod sweetly and then knock him out with a big mallet....

o0o0o0o0o0 is that when they sit on your lap and watch the corridor and then dash madly round the house? Molly does alot of that, one night Rob and I were watching a film and she totally freaked us out staring wildly at nothing and generally being a nutcase running around... mind you she does live with Rob and I have been known to stare wildly and run around under the pressure ... as you know what he's like Im sure you can sympathise.... lol
