I have been posting here a while now so I thought it wise to jump on the orange box and introduce myself.

My name is Pete, I am the owner of the site in my signature block. Over the last 3 years I have been heavily involved in IT, before that I used to wear many variations of green coloured clothing and was occasionally seen carrying a gun or a beer glass.

I am married for my sins, (lets hope she don’t read Googles cache) however I do have 2 cracking children who bring me so much joy and happiness. I think adults can learn a lot from the innocence of children.

I know Rob from a brief encounter earlier this year, he did some work on my website, have to say the work was of exceptional quality. At the time I know Rob was going through some hard times, I hope this matter is sorted out now.

I have to warn everyone my sense of humour is not the best, sometimes the only one laughing at my lame attempts at humour, is me. This most certainly is down to a lifetime of working with a set of p*sstakers.

The forum has a great feel to it and is well subscribed to, which is good news. I hope to learn something while I am here, as much as we think we know there is always stuff to learn added to that nothing stays still for long in the internet world.

Hi Pete, great post and welcome to Webforumz.

Never mind about your sense of humour, the best part about a forum is that you can *assume* everyone has broken down in hysterical laughter -- even if the reaction is little more than a minor eyebrow raise

2 kids, green clothes a wife and a beer - nice setup LOL. I'm in Australia, a bachelor working full time and doing full time Uni as well, shows the broad contrast of this forums members.

All we need is an aussie, god no one mention cricket, it's bad enough here on account of it being hormonal week.

Anyhow work calls, I am currently writing the content for a new website, it would help matters considerably if I understood what the site was all about.
