Help!! I'm new at this!!
Okay I just purchased a domain name, now i want to get my site going. I don't know a thing about web design and i want my site to look good at a decent price. I also want a forum to be the main part of my site. My site is a fitness site. Can anyone help me please?!?!?

okay well i don't know what that means. I bought my domain from godaddy.com should i purchase hosting from them? I want to pay someone to do my site for me and maintain it. Is that possible?

As for name servers, log into your godaddy account and choose the option to 'set nameservers', then you simply punch in the details that your hosting company gives you.
for instance, two name servers I use are: ns3.dnsdc.com ns4.dnsdc.com Your hosting company provides you with these, and you setup your domain to point to to these 'addresses'. 4 hours later, when someone types in www.yourdomainname.com, it magically works. Hooray internet. |
