Hello!
Hello everyone,
My names Jim, i've been wandering around here for a month or so and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 23yr old Web Designer/Developer/Student running my own very very small business in Oz. I know php/MySQL, Html, Css, Photoshop/Fireworks and a whole lot of other general IT stuff. Specialising in PHP/MySQL though. I've got right of abode in the UK so I'm gonna fly over at the end of the year when I get my shiny "Diploma of web Development" and try to find some work. Any tips on getting work in the UK??? Who should I be talking to??? I'd stay here, but I'd rather not work in a slaughterhouse  and my current paperboy run isn't quite paying the bills (i'm deadly serious, that's the employment situation and I do deliver papers for a third of minimum wage).Anyway enough whinging... Thanks for the help, and hopefully I'll dish out as much as I recieve. Cheers, Jim.

 As for web design here you just need to approach the small business's, print some leaflets and go to each one to tell them what you do
