Hello and a little help if possible!
Hello all,
I need a little help to know what is the best website design package. My server requires that my pages are static and can be uploaded via FTP, is this normal or should i change sever? I already have dreamweaver2004 on my computer. Is this easy to use any templates on it? It looks a bit baffling, lol! code......etc! Any other programs? Many thanks for any help

Welcome to the forums.
Yes that is standard ftp, and dreamweaver is the best web design software out there. You could also try Front Page and GoLive!
