New and clueless

Hello all,

I am new to this forum, not to being clueless! I have wanted to have a website for years, but I am intimidated buy all this technical stuff. I have decided to jump in anyway.

I have purchased a domain & hosting and looking to learn from the ground up.

Thanks for the welcome, this is really a active forum. I have visited a few others on this topic and their not near as lively.

I did download NotePad++, and am playing with it now. It will take awhile just to learn how to use it.

I also am looking at one of the books recommended in the newbie section, for sale on ebay. Made the seller a BIN now offer. It's used, so we'll see.
